STEP 1
Build your starting plan
Tell BodyFat AI about your goal, routine, nutrition preferences and starting measurements. The app turns that context into practical targets for calories, protein, steps and scheduled strength.
HOW IT WORKS
You should never have to wonder which number matters or whether a difficult week means the whole plan has failed. BodyFat AI connects what you do each day with what changes over time, then gives you one understandable next decision.
THE COMPLETE LOOP
STEP 1
Tell BodyFat AI about your goal, routine, nutrition preferences and starting measurements. The app turns that context into practical targets for calories, protein, steps and scheduled strength.
STEP 2
Open the Today screen and see only the actions that matter now. Every target shows what is complete, what remains and when your next weekly scan is due.
STEP 3
Take guided front, side and back photos in similar conditions. BodyFat AI combines the scan with the body metrics you provide to create an estimate and a comparable record of change.
STEP 4
Complete a short recovery check in. Scan change, nutrition adherence, scheduled strength, energy, hunger and sleep help determine whether targets should hold, adjust or pause for review.
EVERY DAY
See the intake target and the protein target separately, so eating less never hides the nutrient your muscle needs you to notice.
Keep daily movement visible and mark scheduled strength sessions when they are complete. The weekly review can then see more than weight alone.
EVERY WEEK
A first scan establishes a baseline. A second scan creates a comparison. Repeated scans begin to show direction across body fat estimates, weight, estimated lean mass and matching progress photos.
Use similar lighting, clothing, distance, camera position and poses. Scan once every seven days and follow the guidance on screen.
MUSCLE IN VIEW
No app can guarantee muscle preservation. BodyFat AI is designed to reduce blind spots by keeping protein, scheduled strength, estimated lean mass and recovery visible before it recommends a change.
Low energy, high hunger, declining strength or poor sleep can support holding targets or taking an easier week.
See what changed, which signals informed it and what to focus on before the next review.
Start with clear targets. Build your first week of evidence.
